I currently have no internet, but thought I’d write this cos I know you are all breathless with anticipation to find out what I’m doing these first few days in Cambridge. I will post this when I get connected to the internet. (Actually it’s mostly to give me something to do in the evenings)

After yesterday's litany of woe, today has been better. In fact, it's been pretty good. Most of the day was spent tidying the house and packing, which was pretty boring and then I broke the hoover. Dear god the weather has been terrible today. Absolutely pissing it down. My and my brother made butterfly cakes (from a packet, I tried to convince him to make it from scratch but he didn't want to *shrugs* some people) and then spent the afternoon playing Guitar Hero.
